When PAP comes into contact with saliva it breaks down releasing oxygen free radicals which pass through the tooth lightening stains and giving the tooth a whiter appearance.
They work in a similar way (both oxidisers), the main advantage with PAP is there is little-to-no issues with sensitive teeth or gum irritation (the two most common side effects with peroxide).
No it is not. Our strips are made from dissolvable technology and they will not cause harm if ingested. PAP is not toxic to humans and has no long-term/chronic effects. All of the ingredients that we use are dental grade, which means that at a minimum they are all food grade.
